Our Story
Travel has always been part of our family's story.
We grew up in New York City and traveled frequently as children to the Caribbean to visit family. When our parents couldn't accompany us , they placed their trust in caring airline staff and kind individuals at the airport to help reach our destination safely.
Those experiences shaped our appreciation for the power of travel—and the importance of feeling supported along the way. However we always wished that there was someone looking out for us and ensuring that we were safe the whole way through.
When our daughter was born, we were determined to continue exploring the world together. We took our first trip when she was just two months old and quickly discovered the realities of traveling with a baby: juggling strollers, car seats, diaper bags, and navigating security with breast milk and formula. It wasn't always easy, but with planning, patience, and the support of family, we made it work.
By the time she turned 2 she had visited more than 10 countries. We continued the tradition with our son, learning firsthand how to navigate airports with two little ones, extra diapers, all of the medicines just in case, a double stroller, car seats, and everything that comes with family travel.
Those experiences inspired Broomes Travelers Club. We know that traveling with children can feel overwhelming, but it can also be one of life's most rewarding experiences.
